Punkham Mayhem · Effective: June 25, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the person playing the game) and Chris Nwasike, trading as Punkverse World Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria ("we", "us", "the licensor").
It governs your right to access and play Punkham Mayhem, available at punkham.punkverse.world. This EULA exists alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between them, this EULA governs your licence to use the game software and assets specifically.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play Punkham Mayhem through a standard web browser - subject to the conditions in this EULA.
You may not copy, distribute, publish, or make available any part of Punkham Mayhem - including its source code, compiled scripts, artwork, audio, animations, level data, or any other game asset - to any third party, through any channel, in any format, without the prior written permission of Chris Nwasike / Punkverse World Ltd.
This includes but is not limited to:
The licence granted in Section 2 is strictly non-commercial. You may not use Punkham Mayhem, its name, its brand, or any of its assets to generate income or commercial value without a separate written agreement with us. Examples of prohibited commercial use:
To enquire about a commercial licence - sponsorships, brand partnerships, content deals, or asset licensing - email us at punkham@punkverse.world with "Licensing" in the subject line. We are open to conversations.
The game's code, assets, and systems are protected by copyright law. You may not:
All rights in and to Punkham Mayhem - including its code, artwork, characters, story, audio, UI, branding, and any other content - are and remain the exclusive property of:
Nothing in this EULA transfers any intellectual property rights to you. The limited licence granted in Section 2 does not include any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or brand identity.
This licence is effective from the moment you first play the game and remains in force until terminated.
We also reserve the right to terminate any player's licence at our discretion - for example, if we reasonably suspect serious abuse - without prior notice.
On termination: your right to play the game ends immediately. Any local save data in your browser is yours to delete at your convenience, but the licence to use the game itself is revoked. Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 9 (No Warranty), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Governing Law) survive termination.
Punkham Mayhem is provided to you "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind - express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:
You play the game entirely at your own risk. We make no guarantee that the game will work on your specific device, browser, or network.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chris Nwasike and Punkverse World Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Punkham Mayhem, including:
Our total liability to you for any claim under this EULA shall not exceed zero Naira (₦0), since the game is provided entirely free of charge.
This EULA is governed by and construed under the laws of Lagos State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection or software licensing laws (such as the EU or UK), those protections apply to you in addition to this EULA, and nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under local law.
We may update this EULA when we make significant changes to the game or its licensing terms. When we do, we will post a notice inside the game for at least 14 days and update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued play after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the updated EULA.
If you disagree with a change, stop playing and contact us - we are human and will try to address genuine concerns.
Questions about this EULA, commercial licensing requests, or anything else - we read every email.
